Ronee de Leon is a Buckeye with a business degree that became a follower of Jesus at a young age.
As a teenager God called her to serve as a missionary and later used that call to redirect her next season towards vocational ministry in a multi-site, mega church. She now serves as an executive of a technology company that serves hundreds of churches across the country.

With experience across ministry and marketplace, Ronee thrives bringing strategic clarity, alignment and vision to organizations driving results through intentional systems and Spirit-led leadership. She also has a heart for shepherding and coaching individuals to reach their full, God-glorifying potential through personal, spiritual and leadership development.

Ronee currently lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband Ariel on their homestead.
