Ronee is a church leader, tech exec, and writer who has spent years serving in ministry
and walking alongside church staff and ministry leaders.

Her experience spans both ministry and the marketplace, bringing strategic clarity, alignment and direction to complex environments. She is especially passionate about helping leaders and organizations build systems that support healthy leadership and sustainable ministry.

At the core of her work is a calling to shepherd and coach. She enjoys supporting people as they grow personally, spiritually and professionally, offering space for formation alongside practical leadership development rooted in wisdom, integrity and genuine care.

Currently, she lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband, Ariel.
